Japanese method of cleansing and healing

1. Foot baths with minerals

Pour hot water into a basin or small bucket so that your feet are completely covered with water. Then add 2 tablespoons of magnesium sulfate (magnesia), 2 tablespoons of baking soda, 2 tablespoons of sea salt, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, the essential oil of your choice. Mix well until each ingredient has dissolved.

Relax and keep your feet in this mixture for 30 minutes to maximize effects. Do not worry if you feel a little weak after this treatment, it is part of the detoxification process, and we recommend that you increase your magnesium intake in your daily diet.

If you do not have any ingredient, you can take a bath without it yet, but the effectiveness will be slightly less.

2. Baths with bentonite clay

Add half a cup of Epsom salt to the water, essential oil and mix until diluted. In a glass container, mix a little water with 3 tablespoons of bentonite clay, mix well and add to water.

Take a bath for 25 minutes a day to increase the level of magnesium in your body, as well as enhance the absorption of other nutrients.

3. A bath with ginger and hydrogen peroxide

Add 5 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide and 1 teaspoon of ginger powder to the water, mix and place your legs for half an hour. This tool stimulates the regeneration of cells and tissues, and also cleanses the body of all toxins and bacteria that are stored in it.
