Ripe persimmons, a solid apple and an onion are cut into circles or slices.
Fry the meat in olive oil for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Mix ground cinnamon, paprika, hot black pepper and salt.
We carefully cut the hot pork in parallel lines, without bringing the knife to the very bottom - from the bottom the meat remains whole.
Generously rub seasoning meat.
We put in each recess a slice of persimmon, apple and onion.
We grease the pork with honey, wrap it in foil and send it to the preheated oven. We bake meat with persimmons, apples and onions at a temperature of 170-180 degrees for 60-80 minutes.
Appetizing meat baked with fruits and onions, decorate with fresh herbs and serve.
