Montenegro as of March 17 remains the only country in Europe where no cases of coronavirus have been detected.
This is evidenced by the data on the distribution of COVID-19, presented by the Center for Systems Research and Engineering at Johns Hopkins University (USA).
According to the center, at the moment Montenegro is not included in the list of countries where coronavirus is recorded.
Note that last Friday Montenegro banned the holding of public meetings. At the same time, schools, ports and some border crossings were quarantined for at least 14 days in order to avoid the spread of COVID-19.
In continental Asia, countries such as Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Yemen, Laos, Myanmar and North Korea continue to be without officially registered cases of coronavirus. Also, the virus has not yet been detected in many island states of Southeast Asia and a couple of dozen African countries.
At the same time, the number of states where coronavirus is fixed continues to grow. Now in the world, COVID-19, according to Hopkins University, has been detected in 155 countries and territories. The number of cases exceeded 181 thousand. The number of deaths to date is more than 7 thousand, the number of recovered is over 78 thousand people.
